Michael's Coaching Background

Michael became a Certified Leadership & Performance Coach (through Brown University’s School of Professional Studies) in 2024, garnering a deep understanding of the science and practice of helping clients gain awareness, identify choices and transform. Michael believes deeply in the African proverb, "if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together" because it emphasizes the importance of deep collaborative involvement and teamwork to build processes, structures and organizations that stand the test of time. He brings this inclusive, people-focused concept to his individual and group coaching services, and leadership programming. Coaching is a torch Michael uses to illuminate people’s paths to promise and meaningful involvement. And coaching allows Michael to build deep connections with clients seeking to be high-performing managers and bosses, build successful businesses, or plot their transition to new opportunity. He finds it deeply rewarding to help clients unpack the challenges they face, and in the process, identify choices at their disposal to show up as their better self. Who do you want to be? What is Coaching?
